Steel Floor Deck
The floor deck, also called composite floor decking or metal profile sheet, is roll formed by galvanized steel plate. The cross section resembles a letter V, letter U, trapezoid shape or other similar corrugated shapes. This material mainly serves as the permanent formwork of the buildings or for other purposes. Additionally, we can develop specific mould to make the product according to the drawings provided by out clients.
Features
1.This product meets the demand of the main steel structure in rapid construction. It is used to build firm operation platform in a short time. The flow construction operation is an option that workers can lay down the metal profile plate in multiple floors and then hierarchically cast the concrete slabs.
2. As the tensile reinforcement of the concrete floor slab, the floor deck increases the rigidity of the floor and saves the steel bar and concrete.
3. The embossing on the surface of this product maximizes the binding force between the product and the concrete and makes them a whole unit. Together with the stiffening rib, the whole system of the product is enhanced with high bearing capacity.
